What we store

Only what you give us to schedule a meeting: the event details an organizer enters (title, description, location, candidate times, and the organizer's name and email), and the names, emails, and availability that attendees enter when they respond.

No ads, no tracking

Konvene shows no ads and uses no third-party trackers or analytics scripts. We don't sell or share your information.

After you respond, we set one cookie on that event's pages so you can edit your own answers later. To block spam, we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, and of your email when you ask for your event links, that can't be turned back into the original; it's deleted within an hour.

How long we keep it

Each event and all of its responses are deleted 90 days after the event's last candidate date.
